I had purchased my spectacles from Lenskart earlier. Recently, I revisited the store for a small repair, but unfortunately, no one attended to me or assisted with my concern.
Disappointed, I walked into Vision Express — and that completely changed my experience! Ms. Asmita, the optometrist there, warmly greeted me, patiently understood my issue, and generously offered a free repair even though the spectacles were not purchased from their store.
While my glasses were being repaired, she also offered me a complimentary comprehensive eye test, which she performed thoroughly and professionally. Her knowledge, politeness, and customer-first approach truly impressed me.
Customer service like this builds trust. I am absolutely sure that my next spectacle purchase will be from her only. Highly recommended! 👏
