I recently purchased progressive lenses from Vision Express, and I would like to share my experience.
Progressive lenses are quite an expensive investment, and getting the right glasses is extremely important. I was specifically looking for lenses with a maximum corridor and good quality at a reasonable price. After visiting multiple stores, I finally decided to go with Vision Express.
Initially, they prepared my spectacles based on the prescription provided by my doctor and offered a very good discount on both the lenses and the frame. They also provided an optional insurance cover for just ₹500, which covers issues other than power change.
However, after using the spectacles for some time, I realized they were not working properly. When I went back, their team checked the glasses thoroughly and confirmed that there was no manufacturing issue, but suggested that the problem might be with the power. I then revisited my doctor, who rechecked my eyes and confirmed that the prescription needed correction. The doctor also assured support for the cost of changes.
When I returned to Vision Express, they carefully reassessed the situation. I was concerned about additional costs and losing the insurance benefit, but to my relief, they replaced the lenses with the updated power without any extra charge and still honored the insurance.
It has now been more than a month, and the spectacles are working perfectly. I truly appreciate their professionalism, transparency, and customer support.
