I randomly visited Vision Express just out of curiosity to change my specs… as it had been a long time.
I first met Mr. Satish, then the optometrist Mr. Deepak, and their colleague Mr. Sriraj. I had initially gone just to see some clip-on frames… but then ended up trying multiple frames and options.
Honestly, I visited at a very odd time, around 8:30 PM, when they were almost about to close the store. But not once did they make me feel hurried. They were extremely courteous, patient and professional throughout. From trying the first frame till final billing and checkout, it was almost 11 PM… they literally extended their closing time by almost 2 hours just for one customer, and that really touched me.
They showed me a wide range of collections… hexagonal frames, wayfarers, clip-ons, newer collections, frames from the drawers, and even some from inside the boxes. Everything was shown very patiently and with genuine honest suggestions.
Mr. Deepak, the optometrist. He did not hurry at all while checking my number. We spent almost 15–20 minutes just to get the perfect number for me. Even the lens recommendation was very honest. It never felt like they were just trying to sell something for the sake of it… it genuinely felt like they were guiding me towards what would be best for me.
This was my first experience at Vision Express, and I am writing this review after receiving my spectacles. The delivery was also done almost 48 hours before the expected delivery date… which was another pleasant surprise.
Very thankful to Mr. Satish, Mr. Deepak and Mr. Sriraj for such excellent service and a genuinely warm experience. I look forward to being your customer henceforth… thank you very much.

I recently visited vision Express and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Finding the right pair of glasses can be a bit overwhelming, but the team here made it incredibly easy and enjoyable.

I recently had a really great experience with Vision Express.
I purchased 4 specs in total—2 in September and another 2 in January. The first two were working perfectly. However, one of the specs from my second purchase got damaged and broke in March. I visited their Dadar East store, and they told me they would try to repair it or inform me about possible solutions.
After a week, I received a call from Mr. Satish asking me to visit the store. When I went there, I was honestly surprised—they had replaced my frame with a brand new one, completely free of cost!
From my initial purchase till the damaged specs repair, Mr. Satish handled everything so perfectly—just amazing service.
Wow, what an after-sales service—just amazed! Wow and wow. Thank you so much, Mr. Satish and team!
What impressed me the most is that they didn’t even make a big deal about it or discuss charges—they simply took the initiative and provided excellent after-sales support.
Truly a “wow” experience. Really appreciate the support and customer care. Highly recommended!
