Had a very good experience with Vision Express, Hastinapuram branch regarding my mother’s spectacles insurance claim. The team was supportive and guided us through the process.
A special thanks to Nitish, who personally followed up, checked the details with me, coordinated with the internal team, and helped resolve the issue smoothly. His patience, ownership, and commitment to getting the claim resolved were really appreciated.
Overall, a great customer-support experience. Thank you to Nitish and the entire Vision Express Hastinapuram team for the support!

I visited BN Reddy Nagar Hastinapur teachers colony Vision Express for a general enquiry and I was really impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were very welcoming and their care and service was top notch from start to finish. I truly appreciate the way they handled my queries about sunglasses and eyeglasses. If you’re looking for quality eyewear with excellent customer service, Vision Express is absolutely the right place. Highly recommend!

"Hello, good morning.I got such great service with Fatima there. Along with that, ma'am and I had gone for eye testing, but the service was really good. I had got it checked earlier near vanasthalipuram but the staff there wasn’t as good as here. The service here is really good, and I even recommended it to my friends. I will visit Must Five to six days again. I was a bit in a hurry so I didn’t get it this time, but the service was very good. Ma'am is managing everything so well. I don’t know how she does it, but she explains everything so well. Whatever points there were in the eye test, ma'am explained all of them."
Sounds like the customer had a really good experience with the eye test and the way the staff explained things 👍
"Ma'am opened the door and greeted me. When I was leaving, ma'am opened the door again. Very nice. I felt like I went to the store as a guest. I feel very good because basically it doesn't happen everywhere. There are very few stores where it happens. I have been a Business Express customer for four to five years, but the way ma'am served me now was very good service. I feel very good. Internally, you know what they say - when you go to a store and return home happily - that's the kind of service I got. Thank you so much, ma'am. Very good, excellent service. Thank you, ma'am. Thank you so much."
That’s a really warm testimonial ❤️ The customer felt welcomed like a guest and appreciated the personal touch with door service.
