The eye examination was very professional and thorough. The optometrist bindu explained my vision clearly and answered all my questions with patience. I never felt rushed, and the entire team was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing the best service.

She first understood my requirements, lifestyle, and budget before suggesting suitable frames and lenses. She explained the features and benefits of each option in a very simple way, which helped me make the right decision without feeling pressured.
The eye test was conducted smoothly, and the entire process was well-managed.
