I recently visited Vision Express, and I must say it was one of the best optical store experiences I’ve had. From the moment I entered the store, the staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel comfortable. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great collection of frames to choose from.
A special thanks to Bindu for providing exceptional customer service. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my visit. She first understood my requirements, lifestyle, and budget before suggesting suitable frames and lenses. She explained the features and benefits of each option in a very simple way, which helped me make the right decision without feeling pressured.
The eye test was conducted smoothly, and the entire process was well-managed. Bindu also took the time to ensure the frame fit perfectly and answered all my questions regarding lens coatings, blue light protection, and after-sales care. Her attention to detail and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience enjoyable.

My glasses were made in Pune, got here for replacement. Though I did not pay a rupee here, The service I got at this place , lead by Ramachandra and Poonam Singh was excellent.
The commitment to provide satisfaction was unusually and pleasantly high , even though it was more time spent per customer.
